We collect your personal information in order to:

• Conduct business with you and to identify customers unknown to us.

Providing some information is optional. 

• If you do not have an approved account and choose not to provide a copy of your Drivers License or other form of identification, you will be unable to hire our machines and equipment. Identification information is held in our system for current and any future hires until cancelled by you.

• If you choose not to supply your credit or debit card details, you can pay by direct credit to our account or in cash. We will require payment in advance of any hire.

We keep your credit or debit card information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to use it. It will be held for current and future hires until cancelled by you.

 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
